What You Will Do

Install a range of premium blinds, shutters, and motorised systems in residential and commercial properties. Ensure all installations are completed to exact specifications. Work within the team to deliver an exceptional, respectful, and clean service experience. Troubleshoot, adjust, and calibrate motorised blinds and shutter systems. Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and company van with care. Work collaboratively with the scheduling and admin team to ensure seamless delivery of service.

What You Will Accomplish

Deliver flawless installations that result in 5-star client feedback and repeat business. Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in measurements and fitting, reducing rework and returns. Become a go-to expert in motorised systems within your first 90 days.

You:

Are hands-on, methodical, and care deeply about doing the job right. Thrive on delivering top-notch work with minimal supervision. Enjoy interacting with clients and leaving a positive impression. Have experience with blinds, shutters, or similar home finishing installations. Want to work in a business that values skill, innovation, and high-end service.

Basic Requirements

Prior experience in blind or shutter installation (or transferable trade skills). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Familiarity with motorised systems (training provided if needed). Full UK driving licence. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
