We are seeking a highly organised and strategic Bid Manager to oversee the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting bids for new business opportunities. The successful

Duties



Lead the development and submission of bid proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and organisational standards. Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, and legal teams to gather necessary information and develop comprehensive bids. Analyse client requirements and develop tailored solutions that highlight organisational strengths and value propositions. Manage the bid pipeline using CRM software, tracking progress and deadlines to ensure timely submissions. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform bid strategies. Prepare detailed bid documentation, including technical specifications, pricing strategies, and contractual terms. Present bid proposals to internal stakeholders for review and approval prior to submission. Maintain accurate records of all bid activities and outcomes for continuous improvement.

Experience



Proven experience in bid management or proposal development within a relevant industry sector. Strong familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for pipeline management and reporting purposes. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Pay: 12,000.00-66,470.49 per year
