As an Intermediary Mortgage Expert within Barclays, the purpose of your role is to provide an exceptional experience to our Brokers and Solicitors across both telephony and webchat, enabling them to achieve their ambitions and meet their clients mortgage needs. You will guide them throughout the process from application to submission stages all whilst contributing to the bank's financial ambitions. The successful candidate will be required to work between the hours of 7am-11pm Monday to Sunday.
To be successful as a Specialist Customer Care - Intermediary Mortgage Expert Colleague, you should have experience with
Experience of working in a customer oriented role, preferably from a Business to Business perspective although not essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask multiple online chat sessions.
Ability to use IT systems and associated applications.
Ability to take ownership of complaints and complex issues

This role will be based in the Glasgow Campus.
