Key Responsibilities
Primary Role:
As a vital member of our community multidisciplinary neurorehabilitation team, you'll provide high-quality occupational therapy to residents of Harrow, including our Early Supported Discharge Service for Stroke and Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service
Autonomous Practice:
Manage your own caseload as an independent practitioner, conducting assessments, delivering treatments, and maintaining professional documentation in accordance with best practices
Stakeholder Relationships:
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referrers, including GPs, hospitals, bedded services, district nurses, wheelchair services, Speech & Language Therapy, and other CLCH services
Supervision and Mentoring:
Provide guidance and supervision to rehabilitation assistants and occupational therapy students
Diverse Work Settings:
Deliver services primarily in clients' homes, with additional work in clinics, residential care homes, continuing care homes, and community centres
Professional Development:
Actively participate in CPD activities and contribute to service audits and research initiatives

Work-Life Balance
This role is full-time (37.5 hours per week), but we support flexible working arrangements. Part-time contracts are also available for the right candidate.
Our service operates seven days a week, so you'll be part of a rostered system covering weekends and bank holidays.
