Job Summary



We are seeking a passionate and dedicated self-motivated Barista to join a small team on a

part volunteer, part paid basis.



The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the cafe, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities



Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the small cafe. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the cafe

Requirements



Previous experience as a speciality barista is a must We are a small cafe so working and managing alone is a must Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers 3 to 4 shifts per week with half of which would be volunteer. Morning starts Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: 12.21-13.85 per hour
