Split Shift - 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM & 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Occasional Saturday Cover

We are a busy parcel delivery company based in Tweedale, Telford, seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join our team as a

Split Shift Warehouse Operative

, with additional responsibilities as a

cover multi-drop driver

for

sick, holiday, and overspill

needs.

This is a physical, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment and is flexible with their working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Sorting and scanning parcels for delivery Loading and unloading delivery vehicles Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized Carrying out multi-drop deliveries in and around the local area when required (cover for

sick, holiday, and overspill routes

)

Requirements:

Must live in or near the Telford area Have own transport to get to and from the site (no public transport available at shift times) Full UK driving licence for a minimum of 2 years (for cover driver duties) with a clean or minor-point record Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred but not essential Physically fit and able to lift parcels of varying weights Punctual, dependable, and able to work split shifts consistently and have the ability to cover runs at a moments notice
