Role Overview:
We're looking for an ambitious and connected Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager to secure sponsorship deals and build meaningful partnerships for our live events and venue. This is a results-driven, outward-facing role ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience, passion for events, and an eye for brand alignment.
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Reports to: General Manager/Director
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential sponsors aligned with our events and audience
Create compelling sponsorship proposals and pitch decks
Lead outreach to brands, agencies, and potential partners
Negotiate sponsorship packages and close partnership deals
Maintain sponsor relationships and ensure contractual deliverables are met
Work with the marketing and events team to integrate sponsors into campaigns, branding, and on-site activation
Develop strategic brand collaborations and cross-promotional campaigns
Track sponsorship revenue and report ROI to stakeholders
Attend industry networking events and build a partner database
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships
Confident in pitching to senior decision-makers (marketing directors, brand managers, etc.)
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to think commercially and creatively
Familiar with brand marketing, activations, and event planning
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
