Roles and responsibilities:
Plan, organise and deliver an appropriate range of sports and play activities for individuals and groups of children within our partner schools/venues.
Deliver well-structured, progressive, high quality coaching/activity sessions.
Create fun, enjoyable and engaging sessions, in a safe environment.
Give appropriate coaching points and learning feedback to children.
Work with other colleagues and external partners to ensure that best practice is followed at all times.
Work with colleagues, schools, community groups and sports organisations to promote active and healthy living.
Adhere to all company procedures and standards and maintain the highest levels of safeguarding and child protection.
Work evenings and weekends as dictated by the needs of the organisation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, organise and deliver a wide range of play-based and structured activities (including creative, physical, and enrichment tasks) for individuals and groups of children during breakfast and after-school sessions.
Ensure sessions are well-structured, inclusive, and tailored to the needs and interests of the children attending.
Create a safe, enjoyable, and stimulating environment where children feel welcome, supported, and encouraged to take part.
Provide appropriate guidance, encouragement, and positive behaviour support to children throughout sessions.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents/guardians, and school staff to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
Promote active and healthy living through varied daily routines and activities.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining the highest levels of safeguarding, health and safety, and child protection at all times.
Be flexible in working hours, including the possibility of occasional evening or weekend work in line with organisational needs.
