Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Sales Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and Sales coaching and a commitment to educating colleagues of all levels. This role involves developing training programmes, fostering teamwork, and enhancing the skills of participants while promoting a positive and inclusive environment.

Duties

Design and implement comprehensive training programmes tailored to the needs of individual. Educate athletes on techniques, strategies, and the rules of the sport. Conduct regular training sessions, ensuring that all participants are engaged and motivated. Monitor and assess employees performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement. Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among athletes, encouraging a supportive atmosphere. Organise and oversee competitive events, ensuring adherence to safety regulation. Maintain communication with parents or guardians regarding progress and development. Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and developments in the industry.

Qualifications

Ideal but not essential - proven experience in sports or Sales background understanding of coaching and mentoring principles in the workplace. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and inspire juniors. Strong organisational skills to effectively plan training sessions and events. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. A genuine passion for both sport and Sales and a commitment to fostering development in others.
