About the role
The Sports Centre are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Sports Centre Assistant to join the evening staff team to help manage our ever-growing bookings. This is a fast paced and diverse role with many different responsibilities ensuring the Sports Centre is safe and welcoming for all users. Other Duties Include:
Undertaking some reception duties
Dealing with queries via phone, emails and messages on our booking system
Setting up facilities ready for customers to use
Completing gym inductions to new members and offering any advice where needed
Keeping facilities clean and completing minimal maintenance where appropriate
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well good knowledge of a gym environment. Candidate should also have:
Level 2/ GCSE Maths and English
Level 2 Gym Instructors
Prior experience working in an office
Prior customer service experience
ICT competency
