Club Priestnall are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Sports Centre Assistant to join their growing team. In this role you will assist in the smooth running of the Sports Centre facilities. Club Didsbury has a variety of sporting facilities available to hire to local community groups and sporting clubs. In this role, the ideal candidate will play a key part in ensuring our facilities provide a welcoming and positive experience for all our new members. Furthermore, you will be responsible for supporting the daily interaction with community users along with the day-to-day cleaning, setting up and supervision of gym and sports facilities.

The shift pattern for this position will be 18 hours per week - Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm.

Job Purpose

To assist in the smooth running of the sports centre facilities. To liaise with the Heads of the School PE Department to ensure smooth operation/changeover between school and community use.

Key Skills & Experience

Sound educational background including GCSE's in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent
Must be able to move equipment correctly. (e.g. badminton posts, table tennis tables) Prior experience in a similar role
