We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a

Duty Manager

at the Chichester College Sports Centre on a full-time basis.



This is an

ideal opportunity for someone with a keen interest in sport, leisure, fitness or related fields

who wants hands-on experience in running a busy, customer-focused facility. You'll gain valuable operational and leadership skills whilst working in a professional and supportive environment.

About the Role:



As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the Sports Centre. You'll be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness, setting up for activities, and ensuring our customers have a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:





Lead the day-to-day operations of the Sports Centre during your shift. Provide excellent customer service and deal with queries or issues promptly. Supervise and support centre staff to ensure effective team performance. Support events, bookings, and activities.

What We're Looking For:



Experience in a customer service environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. A flexible and proactive approach to work, especially during evenings and weekends. First Aid at Work certification (or willingness to obtain).
