Sports Centre Duty Manager

Part time / Permanent / All Year Round

Start Date: September 2025

Hours: 15.5 hours per week

Salary: 25,899 - 26,540pa, dependant on qualifications and experience.

The Duty Manager supports our Sports Centre Manager in the effective operation of the sporting provision within the Sir Ben Ainslie Sports Centre with particular focus on the operation of sports facilities, swimming pool, community membership and enquiry administration.

We are looking for an experienced supervisor, preferably within the leisure industry, with good communication skills and a keen focus on providing excellent customer service. Our desired candidate must have strong administration and IT skills and be able to lead a team to support the success of our busy sports centre. Training can be provided for the right candidate - RLSS, First Aid and Gym Instructor.

This role is a permanent, part-time position working 15.5 hours per week, all year round. The shifts will be scheduled in advance, but they will include working one day at the weekend and weekday evening shifts.
