Established in 2006, our innovative approach has made us the fastest-growing rugby play program for children aged two to seven in the UK.

Summary

We are seeking a passionate Sports Coach to join our team at Rugbytots Thame and Bicester as a Trainee Lead Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging rugby sessions that promote skill development and encourage a love for the sport among young children. Your contributions will be vital in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for our participants.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver fun, engaging rugby sessions tailored to young children's developmental needs. Teach fundamental rugby skills such as running with the ball, kicking, catching, and scoring. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and teamwork. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions. Provide feedback to children on their performance to help them improve their skills. Maintain a high standard of organization and professionalism in all activities.

Requirements

Experience in sports coaching or working with young children is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents. Passion for sports, particularly rugby, and a desire to promote physical activity. Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages growth and development.

Pay: 13.00-16.00 per hour
