Job Summary

Spor-T Learning Ltd are seeking an

experienced, energetic, passionate and professional

Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong and experienced background in the sports coaching of primary aged children.

This role involves delivering a variety of sports including football, basketball & unihoc, to name a few; enhancing skills, and fostering a positive sporting environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.

Session planning will be fully supported.

Sessions take place straight after school as part of an extensive extra-curricular programme. You would be required to run sessions from 3.20-4.30pm term-time only.

Duties

Deliver a well planned session (3.20pm-4.30pm), that will engage and motivate young children Foster a safe, supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages participation and enjoyment of the sport. Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe training environment. Communicate effectively with Lead Coach, parents, and other stakeholders regarding progress and development.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multi- sports coaching or a related field is essential. DBS certification-essential and can be organised First Aid- essential and can be organised Safeguarding Training- essential and can be organised Level 1 in any sport as a minimum is preferred Experience working with young children essential Strong behaviour management skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire others.
