We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and physical education, along with the ability to inspire and motivate students of various ages. This role involves coaching, teaching fundamental skills, and promoting teamwork in a supportive environment. The Sports Coach will be responsible for developing training programs, managing behavior, and ensuring the safety of all participants during activities.
Responsibilities
Design and implement engaging training sessions for various sports, including kickboxing, muay thai, boxing, karate, judo and martial arts in general.
Teach fundamental skills and techniques to students while fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
Manage behavior effectively to maintain discipline and respect among participants.
Ensure the safety of all students during practice sessions and competitions by adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate schedules and events.
Maintain communication with parents regarding student development and program updates.
Organize and lead team-building activities that promote camaraderie among participants.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is preferred.
Experience is a plus for roles involving martial arts instruction.
Familiarity with martial arts/ boxing.
Strong behavior management skills to effectively guide students in a group setting.
Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff members effectively.

Pay: 12.21-25.00 per hour
