Warren Mead Infant and Junior Partnership is looking for an energetic and committed Sports Coach Teaching Assistant to bring enthusiasm, teamwork and a love of physical activity into the school day. You'll support pupils in developing their sporting skills, boosting their confidence, and promoting their overall wellbeing through active learning.

Your opportunity




We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for sport and children's physical development. Working alongside the PE Coordinator, you will support the delivery of high-quality coaching, contribute to the PE curriculum, and assist with a variety of extra-curricular sports activities. You will also lead engaging sports clubs for pupils from EYFS to Year 6, taking place during lunchtimes and after school.

Experience in coaching sports to children Sports qualification (desirable) Be able to develop positive relationships with young children Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team Be a confident and clear communicator Have GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above

27,061 - 35,984 (dependant on experience)

Pro Rata Salary:

GLF Specialist Grade

Hours:

28hrs a week, Tuesday - Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm (Term time 39 weeks)
