Responsibilities Day-to-Day

Lead and support the coaching team Plan and deliver engaging coaching sessions tailored to individual children, teams, or classes Introduce nursery, preschool, and primary school children to a variety of new sports Embody Super Star Sport's core values: Fun, Enthusiasm, and Positivity Motivate and inspire children to reach their full potential Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants

Requirements

Must-Haves:

Strong desire to use sports to improve young lives Confidence and comedic flair to engage and entertain children Ability to transmit positive energy and enthusiasm to a group of children A minimum of 3 years sports coaching experience A level 2 national governing body coaching qualification Experience working in a Primary School, Day nursery or Pre-School
