Duties:
- Plan and deliver sports coaching sessions to individuals or groups
- Teach and educate participants on the rules, techniques, and strategies of various sports
- Develop training programs and practice schedules to enhance performance
- Provide feedback and guidance to children/parents to help them improve their skills
- Organize and coordinate sports events, tournaments, and competitions
- Monitor the progress of players and track their performance
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during training sessions and events
- Collaborate with other coaches, trainers, and staff members to create a positive and supportive environment for athletes
Experience:
- Previous experience in sports coaching or relevant field
- Strong knowledge of different sports and their rules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire children to achieve their goals
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals of different skill levels
- Organizational skills to plan and manage training sessions and events
- first aid certification (preferred)
- level 1 induction to coaching (preferred)
