Preferred requirements for the role

Qualified Level 1 Sports Coach (any sport) 2+ years coaching experience Passionate about this line of work

Responsibilities of the role

Experienced and enthusiastic sports facilitator with a strong background in delivering engaging and inclusive sports sessions and providing high-quality childcare. Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively, coordinate daily operations, and create a safe, supportive environment for children and young people. Skilled in planning structured activities, promoting teamwork, and adapting sessions to meet diverse needs. Proven ability to lead by example, motivate staff, and uphold high standards of safety and professionalism in both sports and childcare settings.

Experience:

Previous experience in sports coaching or relevant field Strong knowledge of different sports techniques, rules, and strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with children Strong organizational skills to plan and manage training schedules and competitions Patience, resilience, and adaptability when working with young children.
