NJC Grade B, Scale point 2.

Fixed Term position for 2 years, 32 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Actual salary 21,113.

We are looking for an individual starting out on their Sport's management career who is willing to learn and support their team in the successful management of our facilities.

As a brand new 3G pitch and pavilion this is a prime opportunity to be involved in a new venture and be part of a team creating and developing a new hub of excellence.

A strong candidate will be someone with a passion for sport, particularly football, and a desire to pass on that passion with users of the facilities. You will have awareness of the current development opportunities in football.

You will have strong interpersonal skills and be adaptable in your approach to work to meet the needs of the team. You will also be team player with a desire to succeed.

If you are able to show initiative and ambition with a strong desire to succeed and help create a facility with a reputation for excellence then this is the role for you.
