Leisure Team Leader

, helping guests make the most of their holiday experience!

About the Role:

As a Leisure Assistant Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of the action - helping guests enjoy our leisure facilities safely and happily. From welcoming families into the pool area to setting up for activities, you'll help create a fantastic, fun-filled atmosphere for everyone.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the day-to-day running of the swimming pool and leisure areas Ensuring all equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and ready to use Greeting and assisting guests with a smile Supervising pool areas and responding to emergencies Helping set up and run sports or leisure activities (from aqua aerobics to kids' splash sessions!)

What We're Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit Friendly and confident communication skills Reliable and enthusiastic - especially when working with families Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays NPLQ Lifeguard Qualification First Aid Certificate
