At Pea Green Physio, we combine science-led, hands-on therapy with a supportive, patient-centred approach. We are looking for an experienced Sports Therapist or Sports Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our Cheltenham clinic.
You will work alongside a highly skilled team of physiotherapists, sports therapists, and specialist clinicians, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions - from acute sports injuries to complex chronic pain presentations.

The Role
Provide high-quality sports therapy and soft tissue treatments for a variety of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries.
Support patients through recovery, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance optimisation.
Work closely with physiotherapists and other specialists to deliver integrated care.
Educate patients, provide home management strategies, and contribute to long-term recovery planning.
Maintain accurate and professional clinical notes in line with best practice guidelines.
Ensure each patient leaves saying, "Ahhh... that's better!"
Essential Requirements
Level 4 or above qualification in Sports Therapy, Sports Massage Therapy or equivalent.
Current professional membership and insurance.
Strong manual therapy skills.
Excellent communication and patient rapport.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and collaborative working.
Desirable Skills
Medical Acupuncture / Dry Needling
Taping and Strapping
Strength & Conditioning knowledge or qualification
Myofascial Release or Fascial Manipulation
Interest in pain science, complex MSK conditions, or long-term rehabilitation
