Bodyworks Edinburgh is currently looking for a Sport/Remedial Massage Therapist! Based in the West End of Edinburgh we offer hands on Physiotherapy, Sports and Remedial Massage and Complementary treatments such as Hot Stones and Aromatherapy massage. This role is Wednesday to Saturday and is a mixed role requiring a max of 4/5hrs per week (during your shifts) to assist with reception cover/light housekeeping and will be paid at a rate of 15 per hour (12 p/h during your probationary/training period). This helps to fill any gaps you may have between bookings.

An example of duties include:

Providing a high standard of massage treatments Maintaining good patient notes Covering reception Taking your own payments (this is a self employed position) Sending home care plans through physiotec and invoices to clients for insurance claims

What are we looking for?

Qualified and experienced in providing a high standard of massage treatments (ideally a minimum of 2 years experience) Qualified in Sports Massage to level 3 minimum and 2 other treatments we offer (not including deep tissue and swedish) e.g. hot stones, dry needling etc Good computer and organisational skills Excellent communicator and team player A smiley, outgoing personality! Available for at least 25hrs per week and able to commit to the regular set shifts
