Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding guest experience through delivery of the treatments to our guests As a Sports Massage Therapist you will perform various treatments that enhance the health and wellbeing of our guests, including hands-on manipulation and other soft tissue treatments Work as part of a team, ensuring guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests. Undertake reception and administration duties if required Ensure that all safety precautions and spa rules are observed by team members, members and spa clients to ensure safety is maintained at all times whilst using the spa Ensure that sales tools are effectively utilised at all times to maximise the sales process Follow all of the spa standards and protocols Be knowledgeable on all products used in the Three Graces Spa to utilise all opportunities to promote and upsell products to Spa guests Ensure guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests Be brand ambassador for our product houses, offering retail and homecare advice to all guests
