About the Role

CMS Vocational Training is seeking an experienced and motivated Sports Massage Tutor to deliver our Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy workshop sessions.

This role involves face-to-face delivery of practical workshops in Batley, West Yorkshire. Learners will have completed structured e-learning in advance, allowing the workshops to focus on practical skills development and assessment.

Full lesson plans, teaching materials, and resources will be provided, ensuring tutors are supported in delivering engaging and high-quality training.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver six-day practical workshop blocks covering the mandatory units of the Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy. Lead learners through hands-on practice in anatomy, physiology, assessment, and massage techniques. Uphold professional standards of practice in line with Active IQ qualification requirements. Assess learners' performance and provide feedback to support progress. Maintain accurate learner records as required.

Requirements

Relevant qualification in Sports Massage Therapy (Level 3 or above). Industry experience in sports massage, with current knowledge of professional practice. Teaching or training experience (a recognised teaching qualification is desirable but not essential). A degree in a relevant field is advantageous but not essential. Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining industry currency.
Pay: 150.00 per day
