Recovery Inc is a leading private healthcare provider specialising in comprehensive physical rehabilitation and wellness services. With state-of-the-art clinics and partnerships across the UK, including London and Hertfordshire, we are excited to announce our expansion into Manchester.

As part of this launch, we are recruiting passionate and driven therapists to join our Manchester-based team to deliver pitch-side injury support, first aid care, and clinical rehabilitation services to athletes and active individuals. This role will be based across sports facilities working with competitive teams, and with a future view to expand into a Manchester city-centre fitness location, supporting a broader range of clients.

Position: Sports Therapists / Physiotherapists / Soft Tissue Therapists (Manchester Region)

:

We are seeking committed and compassionate professionals to support both our sports-based operations and help shape the growth of our clinical practice in Manchester. The role combines pitch-side responsibilities, injury treatment and rehabilitation, and the opportunity to build a clinic base that caters to the general public, gym members, and performance athletes.

We are looking for individuals who are not only excellent practitioners, but also eager to contribute to business development, client growth, and future service delivery. In return, we offer structured financial incentives, career progression, and the chance to become a core part of our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pitch-side first aid and trauma management at training sessions and competitive fixtures. Provide in-clinic MSK assessments, manual therapy, soft tissue treatment, and rehabilitation services. Design and implement injury prevention and return-to-play protocols for individual athletes and teams. Build strong working relationships with players, coaches, and support staff at partner sports facilities. Contribute to the development of a city-centre clinical base within a premium fitness facility. Educate clients on injury management, performance enhancement, and recovery strategies. Keep accurate records and contribute to service improvement. Be actively involved in growing the service offering and client base, with performance-based financial incentives. Attend internal training, CPD sessions, and team meetings to ensure high standards of care.
Requirements

Degree in Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related discipline. Registration with a relevant professional body (SST, CSP, HCPC etc.). Up-to-date pitch-side trauma/first aid qualification (e.g. ITMMiF, FA Level 5 ATMMiF, PHICIS). Experience in both sports environments and clinical practice preferred. Passion for supporting athletes and the wider public with injury management and performance. Enthusiastic about being part of a growing team and service, with a hands-on role in business development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. Professional, self-motivated, and committed to high standards of care.
What We Offer:

Incentive-based pay structure with opportunities for financial bonuses linked to service growth. A diverse and rewarding caseload combining pitch-side and clinical services. A central role in shaping and growing our Manchester service provision. Flexible working hours with opportunities to build a personal client base. Access to internal CPD and a wider professional network across the UK. Opportunity to progress within a growing healthcare provider committed to innovation and excellence.
Be part of something bigger. Help us bring Recovery Inc's industry-leading care to Manchester -- both on the pitch and in the clinic.
