Summary
A growing Microsoft Partner Software Consultancy firm based out of Borehamwood has a permanent role vacancy for a highly motivated Sr. PowerApps Business Analyst. This position requires strong technical skills, a solid understanding of data analysis, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Experience/skills required. The applicant must be:
Experienced with PowerApps customisations, configurations, security, and flows
Familiar & have worked with Scrum/Agile methodology
Able to conduct in-depth business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models on Visio and Swimlanes
Able to demonstrate aptitude to analyse system designs and solutions for clients' business problems while building customer relationships
Have complete understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and able to design and implement ETL processes to facilitate data integration from various sources
Familiar with project management tools (VSTS/Jira)
Experienced with data modelling and structures to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Able to perform database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server, and Dataverse to ensure optimal performance
Motivated to learning new skills and technologies
Have necessary PowerApps certifications such as PL-200 or MB-210
Able to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Desirable to have worked with Portals and Field Service experience
Desirable to have a good overall understanding of a broad range of technology trends and IT Products and Services which integrates with CRM systems
Job responsibilities will include:
Working closely with business stakeholders to elicit requirements & proposing system design specs addressing those to maximise the benefit of CRM system
Delivering the technical solution ensuring all the customer requirements, business processes and designs meet architecture standards and best practices
Managing stakeholders' expectations, ensuring project delivery using AGILE methodology of SDLC & seeing tasks/issues through to fulfilment
Undertaking CRM deployment, customisation, configuration, training & support
Involving in all aspects of CRM system developments and improvements including testing, implementation and deployment
Managing Data migration and processing from legacy systems and working with client towards data mapping

Pay: 55,000.00 per year
