Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing 5 squads of Scaffolders throughout Scotland.

Responsibilities

:

Ensure that all scaffolding is stable, secure, and meets industry standards. Collaborate with team members to assess project requirements and develop effective scaffolding solutions. Perform routine inspections of scaffolding structures to identify any potential hazards or maintenance needs. Assist in the transportation of materials and equipment to job sites using appropriate lifting techniques. Engage in continuous learning of new techniques and safety practices within the scaffolding industry.

Qualifications

SSSTS Card Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment relevant to scaffold construction. Driver's License. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction and scaffolding industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Hours - Monday - Friday 8 am, 5.30 pm; however, may be required to work over these hours depending on location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 42,000.00-46,000.00 per year
