Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions, ensuring the effective management of employee relations, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of human capital management principles.

Responsibilities



Manage the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating employee orientation. Oversee employee evaluations and performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Administer benefits programs and assist with workforce management initiatives. Support compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA and OSHA regulations. Collaborate on change management projects to enhance organizational effectiveness. Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, or Oracle HCM for data entry and reporting. Coordinate training and development programs to foster employee growth and succession planning. Facilitate affirmative action planning and ensure diversity in talent acquisition efforts. Maintain accurate records of employee data collection and assist in payroll processes using systems like ADP or Paylocity. Foster positive employee relations through effective conflict management strategies.

Experience


Candidates should possess a robust background in human resources management with experience in the following areas:

Human capital management Talent management and recruiting Project management related to HR initiatives Employee relations and conflict resolution Familiarity with ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Taleo Knowledge of strategic planning and organization design principles Proficiency in data collection and social media management for recruitment purposes Administrative experience within HR settings is preferred
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Kronos, UltiPro, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian, or Dayforce is advantageous.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From 25,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
