Want to be part of the biggest night out in Cambridge? Vinyl is on the hunt for vibrant, hard-working team members who are ready to help keep the good times rolling. Whether you are collecting glasses, welcoming guests or taking care of our VIP's, you'll be at the heart of the action.

We are currently hiring for:

Runners (Glass Collectors)

VIP Host

Bartender

Front of house (Reception & Cloakroom)

This isn't your average job, it's loud, lively, and loads of fun. If you have energy to burn and a passion for great nights out, we want you on the team.

What you will do

Guest Experience - You will be the friendly face that keeps the party moving, whether it's welcoming guests at the door, assisting them at the cloakroom or adding that special touch to a VIP booking. You will help everyone have a night to remember.

Keep it Flowing - From clearing glasses and restocking the bar to managing queues, you will help keep the venue clean, safe and running smoothly.

Be the atmosphere - You are part of the experience, upbeat, switched on and ready to help out where needed. Working as part of the team that makes Vinyl the best night out in Cambridge.

What we are looking for

Positive Energy: You're friendly, approachable, and energetic.

Fast Paced and Focused: Vinyl gets busy - you will need to stay cool under pressure and keep things moving without getting flustered.

Team Player: No ego, no drama - just a willingness to get stuck in and help the team where needed.

Experience: Not essential, just bring the right attitude and we will give you all the training you need.
