We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
orRegistered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
to join our nursing home team. As part of our highly skilled team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents during day shifts, ensuring their wellbeing and safety while maintaining professional standards.Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring the highest standards of care are met. Administer medications in line with clinical guidelines and monitor patients' responses to treatments. Undertake regular assessments and contribute to care planning for individual residents.
Key Requirements:
2 years
of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN), preferably in a nursing home setting. Ability to manage medication rounds efficiently and accurately. Ability to work autonomously and make decisions without supervision.Valid NMC
registration (must be current and in good standing). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, residents, and families. Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to providing the highest quality care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 19.19 per hour
