We are currently recruiting a dedicated and skilled
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
to join our friendly nursing team at our established nursing home. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care and ensure the wellbeing and safety of all residents.You will play an important role in maintaining excellent clinical standards, leading care staff, and supporting residents to live fulfilling lives in a caring environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective nursing care in line with NMC standards and best practice. Administer medication and maintain accurate records. Support care teams to deliver high standards of person-centred care. Assess, plan, and implement care plans for residents. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing among residents.
Requirements
Qualified
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
with validNMC registration
. Relevantpost-registration experience
in a care or nursing home environment. Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Compassionate, professional, and committed to high-quality care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
