We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join our nursing team at our established nursing home. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care and play a vital role in maintaining the health and wellbeing of our residents.You will work closely with colleagues and management to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and safety are delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care to all residents. Administer medication and treatments in accordance with professional standards. Develop and update individualised care plans. Supervise and support care assistants, promoting teamwork and professional growth. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Valid NMC registration
as aRegistered General Nurse (RGN)
. Minimum1 year of experience
working in anursing home environment
. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills. A caring, empathetic, and professional approach to resident care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 20.05 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
