We are seeking a committed and skilled
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
orRegistered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
to join our care home team. You will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents.Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent clinical care and maintain high nursing standards Support with assessments, care planning, and risk management Administer medication safely and ensure accurate documentation Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Work collaboratively with the wider care team to enhance outcomes Promote dignity, choice, and independence for residents
Requirements:
NMC registered nurse (RGN or RMN) with relevant post-registration experience Prior experience working as a Registered Nurse in a care home setting Strong communication skills and clinical knowledge Ability to work confidently and professionally within a team Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
Work Location: In person
