Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents Administering medications and managing care plans Supporting and supervising care staff on shift Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards Communicating effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) Previous experience in a care home or similar setting preferred A genuine passion for elderly care Excellent communication and clinical skills Right to work in the UK
