Key Responsibilities:

Provide high standards of nursing care during night shifts Oversee care assistants to ensure resident needs are met Accurately administer medication and maintain care records Ensure compliance with NMC standards and safeguarding regulations Support residents with complex needs in a dignified and respectful manner

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN) Experience in elderly or dementia care is desirable Strong communication and decision-making skills Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented Must have the right to work in the UK
