JOB TITLE: HDI Technician (Hangering, Delivery and Installation)
Department: Project Services
Location: Cardiff Office
Reports To: HDI Senior Technician
Purpose: To test and refurbish customer equipment to aid the project services team
Main Tasks and Objectives
Imaging/building/configuring/testing IT systems (PC's/Network equipment/servers/cameras/tablets/hand-held devices)
Software and firmware upgrades/downgrades of IT systems (including routers/firewalls/Switches)
Picking/packing/dispatch of hardware (Logistics)
Maintain a safe & tidy work environment
Outcomes and Deliverables
Assistance with warehouse i.e. booking in/stock checks
Communications with client support teams
Data gathering i.e. diagnostics
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 23,810.00 per year
