The Role




Are you looking to build a career in marketing and stakeholder engagement?

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Stakeholder Research Officer

to join our Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to develop their research and communication skills while working at the heart of UK policy.


You'll help identify and reach key audiences for our policy conferences -- including senior figures in government, business, academia and the third sector -- ensuring each event reaches the right people. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive marketing team working across a wide range of subjects, from health and education to technology, infrastructure and the environment.




Key Responsibilities




Researching and mapping relevant organisations and individuals to inform marketing and outreach. Building targeted contact lists and helping to expand our stakeholder networks. Analysing and reporting on marketing data to identify trends and opportunities. Supporting the development of marketing strategies for upcoming conferences. Carrying out competitor and audience research to help improve our campaigns.





About You




A recent graduate or early-career professional with excellent research and organisational skills. Interested in marketing, communications, and public policy. Confident using online tools and databases to find and manage information. Strong written and verbal communicator with attention to detail. Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
