We are seeking a Research Officer to play an important role in driving evidence-driven decision making through analysing and presenting findings.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross functional teams, support organisational policy development and work on a variety of key projects that are part of our insight programmes.

The successful applicant will:




Analyse data, develop meaningful insights and present analysis findings to support organisational priorities and inform operational practice and strategy.

Write up

and present

insight reports, explaining in clear English what our analysis is telling us, for technical and non-technical audiences. Identify

trends

and opportunities for improvement whilst

supporting learning

across the organisation by providing guidance and support to colleagues.

Work collaboratively

with all colleagues and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and assist in commissioning reliable and robust research and evaluations to help us meet our strategic aims. Possess

strong interpersonal, statistical

and both qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, as well as strong report writing skills with an ability to

plan for multiple projects.
