About The Role:

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
To ensure that all security staff comply with and adhere to the agreed assignment instructions
To ensure security incidents are reported correctly through the incident portal employed on the assignment
The day-to-day allocation of duties for the security staff according to the existing instructions and any additional requirement that may deem necessary
Implementing the emergency procedures in the event of a security incident to ensure that the impact on the client is minimal
Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the client's premises
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Must have Right to Work in the UK
Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
Valid Private Security Authority (PSA) license is desirable
