Network Rail High Speed Ltd. (NRHS) is responsible for operating and maintaining the UK's only international high-speed railway, High Speed (HS1).
The 109km HS1 infrastructure consists of a diverse range of railway assets such as the track, signalling, overhead line, lineside buildings, depots, viaducts and long tunnels. NRHS is also responsible for operating and maintaining three international stations; St Pancras, Ebbsfleet and Stratford International.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd, NRHS is privately financed under an agreement with our client 'HS1 Ltd', undertaking a diverse range of activities from railway infrastructure maintenance and operations - through to station facilities management and retail on behalf of our client.

Brief Description
The role
We are excited to be introducing a Station Support Assistant into our Ebbsfleet team.
Undertake general office administration including the control of mail, co-ordinating of diaries, filling and maintenance of personal records and the arranging of travel.
Organise meetings and the production and dissemination of documentation to support them.
Adhere to financial and procurement procedures and act as local purchasing agent, where directed, by ordering stationary and other consumables as required.
Collate customer information requirements and monitor that all station information and publicity material is in date and adheres to company guidelines.
Assist in gathering information regarding accidents, incidents and claims and liaise with relevant parties.
Arrange access for filming and assist with arranging exhibitions and promotions on the station.
Record toilet turnstile revenue and report discrepancies in accordance with company policy.
Order, control and issue Personal Protective Equipment and Rule Books for the station team.
Undertake administrative tasks as directed.

We follow a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the following pay range:
Band 6 - 27,000 - 29,000 (outer London allowance of 1942)
