Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of CNC machinery to cut, press and form materials into multiples of specific sizes and shapes to execute production plan. Execute the picking of job orders for fabrication.

This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes, materials handling, and the ability to work effectively within a team to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Operates/programs CNC Machines, measures and positions material in assigned machine in order to cut/form/fold material to specified size. Programs/operates machine to control speed, material feed and path of cut as well as making sure machine is set up correctly. Selects material and prepares specification settings as per manufacturing order instructions. Pick Fabrication Work Order for Fabricators. General maintenance and housekeeping of warehouse. Ensure OH&S procedures and regulations are adhered to at all times. Operates jib cranes and forklifts as required to move stock , load machines. Maintain stock levels on shelves as directed by Supervisor.

Experience & Qualifications

Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods. Good organizational and time management skills. Current and valid forklift license & driver's license. Operating, Programming CNC Plasma Cutter. Operating Hydraulic Press.

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
