As a Stock Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our Distribution Centre runs smoothly. You'll manage, organise, and maintain accurate inventory levels, keeping stock records up to date and supporting efficient warehouse operations. Working closely with Inventory and Transport teams, your dedication ensures that our stock moves efficiently, accurately, and safely, supporting the wider Greene King business.

Working Hours:

The main working hours for this role will be Monday - Friday 07:00-15:00.

Qualifications

Your role as a Stock Administrator:

Monitor, record, and update stock levels using inventory management systems (iWMS & Aurora). Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy. Investigate and reconcile stock discrepancies. Ensure all leakers and breakages are adjusted off the system daily. Manage returns from customers and other depots. Prepare inventory reports for management (daily, weekly, or monthly). Maintain a clean and organised returns area, following health and safety standards. Implement and maintain inventory storage systems to enhance efficiency. Support continuous improvement initiatives in stock handling and inventory accuracy. Follow health and safety procedures and collaborate with colleagues to meet performance targets.

What you'll bring...

Good physical fitness - ability to lift and move stock safely. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Good literacy and numeracy skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Punctual, reliable, and hard-working. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (desirable). Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (desirable).
