Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time

Stock Administrator

to workat our site based at

Sherburn in Elmet (LS25 6PT)



In thisrole, you will be working an average of

40 hours

per week - (11.5 hours per day) on a

4on,4off

Shift pattern working between the hours of

07:00 - 19:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:



Participating in stock investigations and provide admin support to the Stock Manager and Team Leader Liaising extensively with other departments and functions as instructed by Stock Manager, and Team Leaders Inputting data into spread sheets for report writing Ensure weekly KPI reports are produced in an accurate and timely manner Effectively deal with day-to-day queries from customers and third-party providers Checking email and phone queries


What you need to succeed at GXO:



Excellent communication, both verbal and written Active listening and influencing skills with the ability to deal with challenging issues An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VMS
