Role Overview:

The Retail Stock Clerk plays a key role in supporting store operations by ensuring that merchandise is received, organized, and properly stocked on the sales floor and in the stockroom. This individual helps maintain a clean, efficient, and organized inventory system, supporting the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities are - but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments of merchandise. Accurately tag, label, and price products. Ensure the sales floor is consistently stocked and visually merchandised according to brand guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or discrepancies. Organize and maintain stockroom cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Assist with cycle counts and regular inventory audits. Support transfers and returns between stores and/or distribution centers. Collaborate with sales associates and store leadership to fulfill product requests quickly. Follow all company policies and procedures related to inventory and loss prevention.
Key Requirements:Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Comfortable with lifting, carrying, and moving boxes or merchandise up to 40 lbs. Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory systems is a plus. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
