About the Role

As Stock Manager, you'll take ownership of stock accuracy and availability across our site. From managing cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies to optimising layouts and planning for future stock changes, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role where influencing, problem-solving, and continuous improvement are key.

What You'll Do

> Manage the cycle count process and reconcile discrepancies

> Monitor stock availability and minimise locked stock

> Analyse system data to produce timely reports for customers and management

> Optimise stock layout for efficiency and accurate zoning

> Plan space utilisation for future stock changes

> Develop and audit internal stock operating procedures and inventory strategy

> Champion health & safety and compliance across all stock-related activities

> Communicate and implement change effectively

> Influence at all levels to keep stock accuracy a priority

> Promote Torque's values and embed best practices throughout the site

What We're Looking For

> Proven experience managing large-scale stock/inventory in a fast-paced warehousing environment

> Minimum 5+ years in Stock or Inventory Management

> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

> Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

> Experienced user of JDA and Microsoft packages (including Excel)

> Proactive, innovative, and adaptable to changing demands

> Ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams

> Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organisational skills

Shift pattern:

> Any five over seven days between 06:00 and 22:00hrs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 37,477.00 per year
