Your Role:

We're on the lookout for a sharp, motivated Shop Assistant to help drive smooth operations both on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You'll manage our stock, support sales, handle customer enquiries, and contribute to our online presence.

What You'll Do:

Stock & Inventory

Barcode and label incoming stock Keep our POS system updated and accurate Manage product listings and track stock levels Organize displays and maintain backroom order

Customer Experience & Sales

Greet and assist walk-in customers with accessories, handsets & repairs Offer informed recommendations based on customer needs Close sales confidently and provide post-sale support Maintain a clean, welcoming retail space

Digital & Social Media

Respond to online enquiries across social media and email Post product updates, promotions, and engaging content Support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives

Required:

Retail sales experience (ideally tech or electronics-related) Interest or basic knowledge in smartphones & accessories POS system experience or willingness to learn Strong communication skills--online and in person A keen eye for detail and love for staying organized Creativity and comfort using social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:

Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
