Oversee daily stockroom operations, ensuring inventory is managed efficiently and the work environment remains clean and safe. Monitor stock levels, maintain precise inventory records, and coordinate with internal teams to reorder supplies as needed to ensure optimal availability. Supervise the receipt of goods, verify the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments, and ensure items are properly logged and stored in their correct locations. Lead, train, and mentor stockroom team members, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure smooth and efficient operations in line with company policies.

Qualifications:

A successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in stockroom or warehouse management. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency with inventory management systems and databases. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments. * Working knowledge of Lacoste inventory management processes
