Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fitter's Mate to assist our fitters in the installation of stone countertops, vanities, and other stone surfaces. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work well as part of a team. This role involves supporting the lead fitter in all aspects of the installation process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a construction or manual labour role is preferred but not required.
Strong physical ability to handle heavy materials and perform manual labour.
Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from lead fitters.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing high-quality work.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Brigstock.
Responsibilities
Installation Support & Site Prep
Assist fitters with stone installations, ensuring quality work.
Prepare and organize tools and materials for each job.
Perform physical tasks like lifting, cutting, and fitting stone.
Site Safety & Communication
Maintain a clean, safe work area in line with safety protocols.
Help resolve on-site issues and communicate with team and clients.
Load and unload materials at job sites as needed.

Pay: 12.40-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
